Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount, except when additional insurance is purchased. Negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms will remain your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicles
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any actions that may pose a danger. The transportation of hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose only, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in East London is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, that may arise from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for the rental in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
